1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any Vacoped.fit product or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our products and website.

2. Products — Not Medical Devices

All Vacoped.fit products are sport footwear designed to assist with height balance and athletic performance. They are not regulated medical devices and are not intended for medical treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is processed at time of order. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping

Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. International shipping times vary by destination. Vacoped.fit is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unworn items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact support@vacoped.fit. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

Vacoped.fit products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vacoped.fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Vacoped.fit Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
