The Vacoped.fit Sport Height Lift is a sport shoe with a built-in height support sole — not a medical device. It's designed to help runners, gym-goers, and active people stay balanced and move naturally, regardless of any natural height difference between their feet.

Our Sport Height Lift comes in three height options: ½" (13mm), ¾" (19mm), and 1¼" (32mm). Sizes range from XXXS to XL to accommodate virtually every shoe size. When between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more secure fit.

Stand barefoot and measure the difference in height between your two feet using a flat surface and a ruler. Under 13mm → choose ½". 13mm–20mm → choose ¾". Over 20mm → choose 1¼". If you're unsure, email support@vacoped.fit and our team will help.

Vacoped.fit works with nearly all standard sport shoes — running, training, basketball, hiking, and casual sneakers. The adjustable strap system fits most sole widths. It does not fit cleats with protruding studs or shoes with a sole narrower than 8cm.

Slip the Sport Height Lift over the sole of your shoe from the toe, pull it snug against the heel, then fasten the strap across the top of the shoe. No tools required — it can be put on and taken off in under 10 seconds.

Sizes are based on your shoe size: XXXS (US Men's 3–4 / Women's 4–5), XXS (Men's 4–5 / Women's 5–6), XS (Men's 5–7 / Women's 6–8), S (Men's 7–9 / Women's 8–10), M (Men's 9–11 / Women's 10–12), L (Men's 11–13 / Women's 12–14), XL (Men's 13–15). When in doubt, size up.

Wipe the sole unit with a damp cloth and mild soap. Removable straps are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Do not submerge the main body in water or put it in a dryer.

All Vacoped.fit products are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear. Contact support@vacoped.fit to make a warranty claim.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, unworn items in original packaging. Contact support@vacoped.fit to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
